Hello 2019! There’s no better way to get a resolution off on the right foot than quick, easy, and pleasing swaps to make mealtimes healthier, right?  We’ve been doing our research on healthier swaps for traditional pasta, full of simple, nutrient-dense ingredients that our toddlers will eat just as happily as the real stuff.  Here’s what earned a passing grade:

Tinkyada Brown Rice Spaghetti, $3.59Totally worthy of your top secret meatball recipe, this is the closest we’ve found in flavor and texture to traditional spaghetti (read: even Dad loves it).  Editor’s tip: use the “quick and energy saving” cooking method for al dente perfection.
