J. Crew’s sweet new baby collection is a small but well-edited assortment of really nice baby gear—from other companies. The new Crocs Chameleons change color almost instantly when sunlight hits them—a good incentive for toddlers prone to dawdling when it’s time to leave the house. Available in clog and sandal styles for $39.99 at crocs.com.

Coming in July: Missoni-designed accessories sets (sun canopy, knit blanket, and bassinet apron) for Bugaboo's Bee and Chameleon strollers.
