Congress has announced a 2012 ban on the Easy-Bake Oven’s 100-watt light bulb power source, but Hasbro has come up with a new version of the classic toy just in time: the new Easy-Bake Ultimate Oven ($49.99) doesn’t require a scorching bulb, and is expected to hit stores later this month. Note that it’s meant for ages 8 and up, so supervise closely if you can’t wait for your toddler to get baking.
