Assuming your toddler is charmed—not totally terrified—by marionettes, we've got some fun news: Little Miss Muffet's Monster-Sitting Service is set to open at the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre on January 17th. Though little ones under 3 might not fully get the storyline (Molly Muffet, a descendent of the original Little Miss, runs a babysitting service for monsters with her pal, Al the Spider), the hand-painted marionettes and catchy original tunes will likely keep their attention during the 50-minute performance. And as always, one of the puppeteers will offer a quick marionette demonstration after the show.
