Apparently there weren't enough high-end children's stores on upper Madison: Il Gufo has hung a shingle across the street from Zitomer. The pricey Italian label had formerly been available only in bits and pieces at stores like Barneys New York, 25Park and Little Edit. But now you can shop the entire collection in all its special occasion glory—including Long Cashmere Cardigans ($147), Angora Dresses ($303), and yes, their status-y down-filled jackets ($449-$458).
