Annie is returning to Broadway in the fall of 2012, and auditions are in the works. The producers are looking for girls ages 6-12, who can audition in person (there’s an open call in New York City on June 12), or online starting today.

This November, Lanvin is launching a girls' collection for ages 4 to 10. According to New York magazine, the initial 25-piece collection will include dresses, tees, sweaters, coats, and accessories. (No word yet on whether pint-sized ballet flats will be in the offing.) In any case, it's pretty much guaranteed to both break the bank and be flipping brilliant.

The CPSC is warning that certain versions of phil&teds' popular metoo clip-on high chair are unsafe. Apparently, the clamps can easily come loose causing the chair to detach. About a dozen kids have been injured so far. MSNBC reports that phil&teds has not agreed to a national recall and is instead offering a replacement kit that has not been approved by the CPSC.
