For now (until Tylenol sorts out its whole recall debacle), Triaminic is the only branded over-the-counter version of liquid acetominiphin. $6.99 at most major drug stores.

Drop-side crib recalls are par for the course these days, but today's big news was a voluntary recall of 82,000 cribs by Pottery Barn Kids. No wonder the CPSC has voted to basically ban the sale of all drop-side cribs, a measure that will likely go into effect next year.

Pampers made a lot of enemies when they rolled out their new Dry Fit diapers earlier this year, so it will be interesting to see how the mom community reacts to the new Cynthia Rowley Pampers, which come in 11 patterns including stripes, ruffles, and madras (pictured—don't miss the tiny back pocket on the tush). Kudos to the makers of Bobble, for creating reusable water bottles with built-in filters. Brilliant! Just fill 'em up with tap or fountain water anywhere you go, and squeeze out the fresh, filtered water to fill your kid's sippy, prepare a bottle of formula, or keep your own dear self hydrated. They're BPA-free (of course), available in six bright colors, and can be used about 300 times before the filter needs to be replaced. $9.95 at waterbobble.com.

According to our trusty Gear Guy, Munchkin has acquired Lindham, Britain's top safety brand, and is bringing their safety gates Stateside. They're really handsome (available in all-white or steel-with-dark-wood), and have a super cool feature that allows the gate to swing in either direction. Coming to Babies R Us this August.

Yes, Safety Gates Need To Be Safe. But Can’t They Look Nice, Too?
