Here’s What You Really Need
Cricket’s Circle launches a registry
Setting up a registry is the definition of overwhelming —finding the bottles that prevent gas, the mattress that won’t off-gas or flatten baby’s head, the lightweight stroller with decent wheels. The list is long. Very long. Cricket’s Circle has narrowed it all down with an amazingly simple registry feature.
The year-old New York-based resource for baby product recommendations (and helpful advice) has launched a new e-commerce platform and interactive registry filled with only the products that have been tested and approved by the Circle’s core group of parents and editors. To make it as seamless as possible, the platform is set up to guide the user based on the stage of pregnancy and actual needs.
Parents can register for biggies like the Naturepedic Lightweight Organic Cotton Classic 2 Stage Mattress ($289), Baby Jogger City Mini ($429.99), and the Nuna car seat ($300); or the little things like the Avent Classic Express Bottle Warmer ($45.99) and Inglesina Fast Table Chair ($59.99). It all goes into one virtual shopping cart then ships directly from the retailers. Users also receive handy reminders based on what they’ve registered for and what’s still needed.
