Tribeca Nutrition gives moms mealtime support

Getting a baby to take a full milk feeding is only the beginning of the mealtime challenges. Things get way more tricky when veggies and proteins become daily requirements. For help navigating the challenges, newcomer Tribeca Nutrition helps parents with everything from weaning and picky eating to prenatal nutrition, postpartum weight-loss and managing clinical obstacles like diabetes, allergies, and digestive disorders. Founder Natalia Stasenko learned and practiced child and family nutrition, weight loss counseling, and Medical Nutritional Therapy at reputable spots including Jaffe Food Allergy Institute, Head Start, and Obesity Research Center at St. Luke’s Roosevelt hospital. In other words, she’s your girl. Initial 90-minute consultations (in her office, at your home, or via video chat) are $200.
For moms who dig workshops, Tribeca Nutrition has two interesting ones coming up with HRP Mamas: The Nuts and Bolts of Child Feeding, for ages 6-36 months on 10/10, and ages 2-7 years on 11/20; both are $40 per ticket at the Downtown Community Center (120 Warren St.), from 6 to 7:30pm.
