There may not be bunks, color war, or bonfires, but enrollment is already under way for the City’s most popular camps for kids 3 and under.

A Dalton Summer
Locations: UES
Starting age: 3 by April 30
Offerings:  Art, music, gym, science, dance, and sprinkler play—plus special appearances from popular toddler programs including Super Soccer Stars, Dribbl Jr., and Little Maestros
Potty training: Required
Enrollment: The 3’s program starts at $3400 for a six-week session (four half days)

Camp apple seeds
Locations: Chelsea
Starting age: 3
Offerings: Six half-hour activity periods daily, including manipulative play, story time, movement, science, cooking and general romping around at the indoor gym.
Potty training: Required

Kids Club Adventure Camp
Locations: UES, UWS, Chelsea, Battery Park, Brooklyn Heights
Starting age: 2.5
Offerings: Cooking, science and sports—all themed around the 2012 Olympics
Potty training: Not required
Enrollment: Week-by-week; tuition starts at $280 per week (2 half-days)

Camp Kidville
Locations: UES, UWS, Park Slope, Tribeca, Midtown West, Union Square
Starting age: 18 months
Offerings: Age-appropriate art and crafts, gym, music, and science (think lots of hands-on fun with gooey stuff)
Potty training: Not required
Enrollment: Tuition starts at $400 for a 2-week session (2 half-days a week)
The Art Farm’s Half-Day Hamsters
Locations: UES
Starting age: 3
Offerings: Animal care classes (yes, they get to pet the chinchilla), plus sports, cooking, and music
Potty Training: Not required
Enrollment:  Week-by-week; tuition starts at $250 for one week (2 half-days)
Locations: Soho
Starting age: 18 months
Offerings: Theme-y art, sensory, dramatic play, and music and movement activities
