Story Time Is Even Better With LEGOs

The LA Public Library hosts a sweet event for tots

We love the idea behind LEGO’s new series of Read and Build books which come with a LEGO DUPLO kit so little readers can build the objects they read about. Kinda brilliant. To help promote the new books, a team of LEGO learning specialists is hosting a free, hour-long “Read! Build! Play!” event at the Los Angeles Public Library’s Central branch this Tuesday, at 11am. Open to babies and toddlers (and free), the story time event will give tots a chance to create the animals and transportation vehicles from the read-aloud stories with easy-to-build LEGO bricks. Sounds like good times to us.
