Custom heirloom photography
Our generation seems to have moved past bronzing baby's first shoes. But that doesn't mean we're not sentimental. In fact, we're kinda flipping over DFW photographer Jessica Marchetti's heirloom photography concept. Focusing on meaningful items like baby's favorite rubber duckies or nursery chandelier, Marchetti preserves beloved objects through beautifully composed photographs. She also connects generations by photographing babies with cherished heirlooms like jewelry and bibles, passed down through the years. Sessions start with an email, phone, or Skype consultation to discuss the objects' meaning and history. Still Life sessions ($250) produce 5-7 final images of just the item; Editorial sessions ($450) produce 10-15 final images of the item with baby. Display options include wrapped canvases, framed prints, and albums.
Jessica Marchetti Heirloom Photography sessions are available throughout the DFW area, though a $25 travel fee may apply.
