Half Pint Palates offers weekly deliveries
We’re up for anything that makes dinner time easier. Especially when it’s healthy. So our hats are off to Half Pint Palates founder Tara Anderson, a Culinary Institute of America grad whose new weekly meal delivery service is geared toward kids ages six months up. The menu changes with the seasons (tilapia Veracruz and Mexican chocolate oatmeal with cherries are among this week’s dishes) and is adjustable for food aversions and allergies. Ingredients—spices, herbs, grains, legumes, meat, tofu—are mostly organic, and sourced locally whenever possible. Half Pint Palates offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a la carte items and snacks. Food arrives frozen (on Mondays and Tuesdays) and just needs heating to be served. Prices start at $7.50 per meal; discounted package deals are available.
