A Really Fun Brunch
Celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday at Asador
Dr. Seuss took rhyming books to a whole new level. (In a good way.) Pay homage to his brilliance and humor at Asador this Saturday, March 2, from 11am to 3pm. The Texas and Latin fusion restaurant inside the Renaissance Dallas Hotel is hosting a brunch to celebrate Seuss’s birthday. Chef Brad Phillips’ cheeky menu includes Whoville rainbow waffles, One Fish Two Fish redfish tacos and, of course, a green eggs and ham benedict with avocado hollandaise. Tikes will like the Cat and the Hat yogurt and fruit parfait and Beezlenut Splash Shirley Temple with blueberry ice cubes; parents will appreciate the spiked drinks, including a Sam I Am Bloody Mary with bacon-infused vodka and homemade spicy pickles. Reservations are encouraged.
