Workout At Naptime

Endurance Pilates and Yoga Studio’s virtual prenatal yoga classes allow you to enjoy a workout without leaving the house. The 45-minute classes are designed to accommodate beginners to experienced yogis, and the only equipment needed is a laptop and a mat. Sessions are run through Skype, so unlike recorded workout videos, participants can ask questions for clarification throughout the class. The yoga practice will help moms-to-be in any trimester to build strength and reduce stress through various poses and breathing exercises. Each class is $20, or unlimited packages are available for $79 per month and can be used for any of the studio’s virtual classes. Sign up online.
