Fresh Baby Food. No Work.

Purely Pears delivers organic purees to home, office, or daycare.

BabyFood

The new baby food service Purely Pears (857.244.0219) makes mealtime easier by dropping off simple purees—made from local, organic produce—that keep in the fridge for up to four days. Everything's packed into recyclable containers and delivered in an insulated cooler. The menu isn't fancy, and that's just fine. It includes stage 1 fare like Classic Apples, Purely Pears (of course), and Petit Peas; for stage 2 eaters there are straightforward combos like Squash, Apple & Pear. A three-day supply (nine 5-ounce containers) is $29; a seven-day supply (three 5-ounce containers per day, delivered twice weekly) is $58; and a one-month supply (three 5-ounce containers per day, delivered twice weekly for four weeks) is $209. Want a preview? The purees will be available for tasting at a few upcoming local events. Starting May 1, parents can sign up as Mombassadors and submit group orders with friends and colleagues to receive bulk discounts. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Boston.
